OUR STORY Continues!
Grounded and Baked, is a small town bakery grounded in tradition and baking with love.
Lifelong LaGrange resident, Brad Mitchell, learned how to bake under the watchful eye of his grandmother, Norma Ann "Nanny" Vinson. Brad is still using many of her recipes today and continuing the traditions that Nanny passed down. These recipes are family heirlooms and it is our hope that your family will come to love them just as much as we do!

In January, 2024, another important part of the vision of the bakery came to life. Jennifer Collins Bland became a co-owner of Grounded and Baked and brings with her recipes from her family AND she makes the most amazing doughnuts EVER! Brad and Jennifer became friends through many miles shared running. Dreams were shared and this partnership was formed. Grounded and Baked would not be where it is today without Jennifer and her family!
